The amazing grace of God changes lives- I have personally experienced the power of grace to change a life. I was saved at thirteen years old, and had a very close walk with the Lord at that time, but in my teens I fell away and subsequently ran with the world and it’s lusts for almost twenty years. When I returned from my wallowing in the mire, and got saved again, Jesus set me free from all of the sin of that life, including the drunkenness in which I had been bound. In the darkened spiritual time we are currently living in, the grace of God and the true gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ has become so wrested, twisted, and distorted from it’s original meaning, one can scarcely wonder why most of the professing church is in the grievous condition it is in, with sin reigning. Most honest seekers cannot find the freedom from sinning that Christ died for them to have if they search in the churches because false salvation messages and false teachings about grace have permeated the churches. Therefore, instead of looking to the teaching of the churches, we need to look to the Bible to find the truth about salvation and about grace.
